SO after a day of moving and unpacking i have finished moving into my new place and i must say it is awesome so much better than my old place  :D

This is probably my favorite piece that I have ever made. I knapped this simple spear head from chert using only tools made from stone and antler. I carved the Othala rune into the surface, representing the fact that all of our ancestors, regardless of location, hunted using…

According to Raido: The Runic Journey by Jennifer Smith, Othila is the rune of land and property similar to Fehu but the thing is that Othila is the wealth that stays, that gets passed down to the next generation be it physical or genetic. So in my opinion its not a “hunters rune” just my viewpoint at least.

Sorry i have been MIA for this past week been visiting family and friends :D but it had to end and know im back in Lubbock. But I will make the best of it :D
